A:The standard version runs on 220V/50Hz. We can customize the voltage and frequency to 110V/60Hz, 380V/50Hz or other local standards for your country at no extra cost, just confirm with us when placing the order.

Q:What is the washing capacity per hour? How many pairs of shoes can it handle per cycle?

A:This commercial shoe washer is designed for high-efficiency use:
Per cycle: It can clean 1-3 pairs of shoes at one time (adjustable based on shoe size).
Hourly output: About 15-20 pairs/hour, which meets the daily demand of small-to-medium shoe shops and laundries.

Q:Can it clean different parts of the shoes? Is it safe for leather shoes/sneakers?

A:Yes, it's equipped with multi-position brushes to clean all parts:
Tread (outsole), instep, shoelace, shoe groove, and inner shoe. 
The brush rotation speed is adjustable (variable frequency control), so you can set different modes for delicate leather shoes, canvas sneakers, and sports shoes to avoid scratches.

Q:What material is the machine made of? Is it easy to rust in a humid laundry room?

A:The main body is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, which is anti-corrosion, rust-proof, and easy to clean. The internal parts are also made of stainless steel or high-quality plastic, suitable for long-term use in humid environments.

Q:What is your warranty and after-sales service policy?

A:We provide a 1-year warranty for the whole machine (excluding wearing parts like brushes). If there is any quality problem within the warranty period, we will send replacement parts for free and guide you to repair them remotely. We also provide lifetime after-sales technical support.

Q:What are your payment terms?

A:We accept T/T, L/C and West Union. Standard terms are 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.

Q:Can I add my logo/brand name on the machine? What about OEM/ODM service?

A:OEM/ODM service is available! We can print your logo/brand name on the machine body and control panel, and also customize the color and some functions according to your requirements. Just tell us your design and we will confirm the MOQ and lead time with you.
